Veggie Bruschetta
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
3 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Sugar
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt, Pepper, and Basil to taste
Lightly drizzle olive oil in pan. Sprinkle oil with salt, pepper, and basil. Let warm. Add veggies and sugar. Saute for 8-10minutes. Serve chilled with toasted bread. Top with fresh mozzarella cheese.
